On August 31, the NOVA ASG hosted a quilting bee benefiting
Quilts of Valor. Quilts of Valor provides quilts to military veterans. The 16 makers who attended made 36 Quilts of Valor squares that we joined and then passed on to Billie Barbour from the Fredericksburg QOV chapter. Billie says the request list is always longer than the donation list, so we hope to do this again in the future.
