Bring your yard of cozy flannel (solid suggested) and 12 inches of a kid friendly print fabric and we will assist you in putting together 4 wish pillows. These need to be finished by the date of the National meeting in Orlando; we now have an address where they are to be sent. Pillows are NOT to be stuffed before sending.

Our August meeting, again at the Salem Church Library, encourages you to bring a project you stopped working on as you needed fitting help or construction help. Those present will be glad to assist. Some of our members who missed making the jewelry roll meeting are looking forward to making it at this meeting. All welcome to join us.

Annual CAB Meeting Challenge

It is almost time for our annual elections. The CAB is leading up an effort to find members who are willing to serve on the Chapter Advisory Board. Serving on the CAB is an excellent way to make more sewing friends. The single most advantageous reason to serve on the CAB is that you get to help shape the future for our Chapter. Please consider running for an office and let anyone on the CAB know if you are interested. The election ballot will be included with the next issue of the Full Seam Ahead newsletter. New officers will be introduced at the Annual Meeting.

Our Annual Meeting is being planned for Saturday, October 21st, 2017. We are still planning the location, menu, and program. We do know that the event will be free to all Current members, and it will be educational and entertaining.

Simple to Simply Devine will be the title of the Annual Meeting. It will feature a fashion show of items made in the challenge, by all our members, to show off everyone's beautiful designs.
